You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant VibecodedHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in related marketing materials.
4. Project Listings
VibecodedHub reserves the right to remove, hide, or decline any project listing at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or community standards.
5. Promoted Listings
Paid promotions are non-refundable once activated. Promoted projects must comply with all applicable guidelines. VibecodedHub reserves the right to revoke a promotion without refund if a project violates these Terms.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The VibecodedHub name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of VibecodedHub. You may not use them without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VibecodedHub does not guarantee uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibecodedHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
