The architecture covers auth (Clerk), payments (Stripe), database (Prisma + Neon), and AI (OpenAI) — all pre-wired. The idea validation module lets founders test concepts before committing to a build. MCP/Cursor integration means the codebase is AI-native from day one.

Used Cursor as the primary engineer throughout. Each system (auth, billing, kanban, AI validation) was built and tested in isolated phases. The MCP server was added to make the boilerplate itself AI-queryable from Cursor — so anyone cloning it can immediately ask their AI assistant about the codebase structure.
